Astrology chart Cilla Black

Cilla 'You're My World - Anyone who had a heart Black was born on May 27, 1943 and that is 66 years ago. She is a singer, a television presenter and an actress, so I expected to find the astrological pattern of artistic talent and carreer in her chart. The pattern relates Moon, Venus, Neptune (often in related signs) with Midheaven. This is hers:

PATTERN
Moon in Pisces
Venus is in Cancer and so is the Ascendant
The Moon is trine Venus
The Moon is quindecile Neptune
Venus is quintile Neptune
Neptune inconjunct Midheaven

It is a complete line (see the chart drawing) that shows talent sense of style and arts or entertainment.

I read that her husband was also her manager (Capricorn on the cusp of the seventh house). And that he died ten years ago. That was when her progressed Sun was changing sign. That is reflecting a changing life style, perhaps even the end of her (old) world. Somewhere between Progressed Sun inconjunct Midheaven and opposition Juno (symbol of marriage) she lost her husband after over 30 years of marriage.

Cilla Black (real name: Priscilla Maria Veronica White) is still popular, watch this interview.... I recently saw her getting dressed, in a fashion program.

Astrology chart Bea Arthur (no hob)

Bea Arthur, one of the Golden Girls, died April 25. Here are some observations, with the limitations of not knowing her hour of birth. Her individual chart would show angular placements, the midpoints Sun/Moon and ASC/MC: all that made her different from the rest of those who were born on May 13 1922, like:
- Rudolf Sitte (German sculptor, who also died this year)
- Otl Aicher, graphic (died September 1, 1991)
- William A. Gabor (basketball player, still alive)

These are the observations:

INDICATIONS FOR BEING AN ARTIST
Without the exact position of Moon and Midheaven there is only part of the artistic pattern in her chart to be observed:

Venus sextile Neptune and square Uranus (artistic talent and aspirations)
Venus sesquisemisquare Jupiter/Pluto (success as an artist)
The calling Sun in Taurus (ruled by Venus)indicates the will to be in the centre of attention on stage or as a leader. Taurus is one of the signs involved with the astrological artistic pattern (more examples on this blog).

INDICATIONS FOR GETTING OLD
Uranus oriental
Air signs
Movable signs
Those are 3 of the indications that help getting old (and staying alert). To be social (air signs) to move (movable signs) and to be exceptional (Uranus).
See the article on my site Astromarkt about getting old.

INDICATIONS FOR FAME (AT OLD AGE)
Sun not making Ptolemaic aspects in sign or orb 5 degrees ('calling' Sun): performance, drawing attention, being in the centre of it all or leading at any possible level

Venus 67.5 (sesqui semi square) Jupiter/Pluto: this combination says that she will have success in love or as an artist

Saturn not making Ptolemaic aspects in sign or orb 5 degrees, at Aries Point: the importance of ambition and age

Uranus rising before the Sun (oriental) is frequent in the charts of people who get old (the exceptions; she was still on stage at age 80)

She was in her 40's when she became famous for her role in sitcoms.

INDICATIONS FOR DIVORCE
Venus is square Uranus
Venus is in Gemini
Moon is in Sagittarius
Mars is in Sagittarius

Read the post about 'how long your relationships will last'...on my blog Astropost.

AT TIME OF DEATH
Progressed Sun near conjunct progressed Neptune (being weaker than before)
Transit Saturn square Mars (terminating energy)
Transit Uranus square Mars (sudden attack)
Transit Saturn square Venus (parting from loved ones)
Transit Venus opposition Saturn (dito)

PS Ptolemaic aspects are major aspects like conjunction, sextile, square, trine and opposition.

Astrology chart Horst Tappert

On this blog you find examples of artistic patterns in the charts of artist and actors, painters and composers, architects and others with a creative or entertaining profession. Venus, Moon and Neptune and the signs that they dispose of (Taurus, Libra, Cancer and Pisces) are always on a prominent place in the chart and there are various contacts between them. Just like in the chart of Horst Tappert.

Horst Tappert died today (December 15, 2008). He was famous as 'Derrick', a police investigator. Tappert was an actor. It is obvious in one blink of an eye. Just notice Venus, Jupiter and Neptune on the angles of the chart (success in arts)! But there is more...

Just like the other persons on this blog, he has the artistic pattern prominently in his chart, together with indications for having an audience and fans:

Neptune elevated and on the Midheaven (above all an artist)
Venus angular and oriental (first of all a person with style)
Moon in Libra (ruled by Venus) (sense of art)
Venus in Taurus (ruled by Venus) (strong estetics)
Moon sextile Neptune (sense of arts...)
Jupiter conjunct Ascendant, sesquisquare Venus/Neptune and sesquisquare Sun/Moon (successful presentation as an artist in heart and soul)

Mercury is end dispositor of the Midheaven routing. Mercury is the symbol of the voice and communications. And Sun-Neptune is quintile for being creative in faking things (like an actor does).

Astrology chart John Cleese

John Cleese (born 27th October 1939 at 3:15 CET in Weston-super-Mare) had a bad relationship with his mother (and she lived to be 101). John Cleese is not easy (Sun tightly square Pluto) and with Mars square Uranus he has a temper. Just like his alter ego Basil Fawlty:)
The Moon in his chart is calling! and in the eight house. That could indicate the problemous relationship with the mother, at any possible level! A calling Moon is also a recipe for acting.

ARTIST
John Cleese is a prominent artist. Neptune is oriental and Venus is sesquisquare Aries Point for the combination of Venus and Neptune: artistic talents. Acting might be contributed to the calling Moon. And Notice Jupiter on Aries Point, sesquisquare Mars. John Cleese has 5 out of 10 prominent placements in his chart. The combination of Jupiter and Neptune often goes together with a career on stage, talking to an audience or having a public using it's imagination.
